1. Clean all surfaces well, power wash outside and TLC inside.
2. Work with a palette of 4 colours
one base colour in light, medium and darker tones and one accent.
3. Balance warm and cool colours for interest.
4. Dark colours make buildings look smaller and light colours make rooms look larger.
5. Change colours only on an inside corner to keep the integrity of the structure.
